Mail and delivery options

Regular Airmail
This is the cheapest and most simple way to get your purchase. Nevertheless, although we have sent many items using regular mail and never got a complaint, you must be aware that we will take no responsibility for the items being not delivered to you. Therefore we recommend to use Registered Mail. According to our records the risk of losing a shipment is about 2:1000

Registered Mail (insurance)
Registering an item offers two benefits:
1. Confirmation of mailing: the sender gets a receipt confirming that the package was sent.
2. Delivery against signature: delivery of the registered item to the addressee or to the addressee's authorized agent is affected only after the recipient produces satisfactory identification and signs a receipt.

EMS
Express Mail Service - Priority Mail
This is the fastest delivery service available. EMS letters and parcels are put into a special bag and sent by the first available airplane to the destination country. Thereafter, the item is personally delivered by messenger to the addressee. Promised shipping times by the postal authority:

Shipping Policy

Items are being shipped in 1-6 days after payment confirmation, via First Class Airmail, Registered Airmail or Express Mail Service (US global mail) according to buyer's request. However, some times, due to increased postal traffic, local custom regulations and other obstacles, few shipments could be delayed. We cannot guarantee shipping times. Please know that we do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow sufficient time for the package to arrive and don't forget that it is being shipped from Israel.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to return the item/s and get your money back simply send us an e-mail and return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (less S/H and money transaction charges). You will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling charges of the returned merchandise. I trust however, that you will be like and enjoy the products you have purchased from us.
