Soldiers who served at least 4 months in a combat operation unit are entitled to wear "The Combat Operational Service badge". It was created during the "War of Attrition"  in 1968. It is worn over the lapel of the right pocket. It got the nickname "Pazgas" since it looks like the logo of a gas supply company.
