||Pay Pal Our major payment method is powered by PayPal. PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay and get paid online. We have been certified Paypal membres since 2001. PayPal has 78 million active accounts in more than 190 markets, worldwide. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and you may also pay with an electronic check. Just choose "Pay with PayPal" which is the first payment option and it will lead you through the payment process.
||Secure on-line payment Some people do not wish or are unable to use PayPal. Therefore we offer a secure on-line payment. By choosing the second payment option (Secure On-Line Payment ) you'll be taken to a secured area operated by THAWTE . Fill your Credit Card details and as soon as the your Credit Card company confirms the purchase, your order will be transferred to our shipping department. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.
||If you do not wish or unable to use a credit card we also accept payments via Western Union or direct transfers to our bank account. Please choose the third payment option (I do not wish to pay online) and we will email how to make paymet using the services of Western Union. As soon as we receive the funds your order will be shipped from Israel.

We use 3 shipping methods
- Regular Airmail - This is the cheapest and most simple way to get your purchase. Nevertheless, although we have sent many items via regular mail and 99% of them arrive at destination, you must be aware that we will take no responsibility for the items being not delivered to you. Therefore we recommend to use Registered Mail. Just add $3.00 to your complete order and we will ship your purchase with :
- Registered Mail (insurance). With an addition of $3.00 your order is secured. We will take full responsibility if it is proven that the registered mail item has not been delivered to you within 45 days of shipment day. In this case a full refund will be issued to you, including the shipping fees. Please note that Registered Mail cannot be tracked through the mail stream and will not provide updated scans. If you wish to have the ability to track your order along the way you'll have to choose :
- Eco Post is a new fast mail service that we offer our clients. It is cheaper than EMS, it is traceable and usually is delivered between 5-7 days after shipping. We offer this service to clients from the following countries : USA, Canada, Germany, France, UK, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Brazil, Sweden and Australia. Eco Post packages are limited to weight of max 2Kg.
- EMS - Express Mail Service or as it is known in the USA "Global Mail".
This is the fastest delivery service available. EMS letters and parcels are put into a special bag and sent by the first available airplane to the destination country. Thereafter, the item is personally delivered by messenger to the addressee. EMS shipments can be tracked once it has been proccessed and left the Israeli Postal Office.
- Please note that when a parcel exceeds the weight of 2kg (4.41lbs) it becomes extremely expensive to ship. Therefore such packages will be shipped with EMS which is faster and cheaper.
Items are being shipped immediately after payment confirmation via Airmail, Registered Airmail or EMS Global Mail according to buyer's request. However, some times, due to increased postal traffic, few shipments could be delayed. We cannot guarantee shipping times. Please know that we do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship twice a week on Monday and Thursday. Please allow sufficient time for the package to arrive and don't forget that it is being shipped from Israel. Please see below the avarage shipping times according to our experience and the Postal Office publications. Again, we offer this information without any obligation or guarantee. All "days" mentioned in the information below are "business days".
- Regular and registered Air Mail : Europe 7-14 days, North America 10-21 days, Rest of the world 14-21 days.
- EMS global mail : Europe 2-5 days, USA 2-3 days, Canada 3-5 days, South America 4-7, Australia 4-6 days.
Refund and Return Policy
If, for any reason, you have changed your mind, or you are not completely satisfied with the the product, simply return it in its original condition and packaging and we will refund your money.
We certainly hope you will never need to return a product, but in the unlikely event that you do, following is our current return policy:
- Within 7 days of receiving the item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return merchandise authorization.
- Once a "return merchandise authorization" has been issued you have to ship the item back within 3 business days.
- Once the returned item is received, we will refund your money or credit your account (less shipping costs), within 3 to 10 days of receipt of the item.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling charges of the returned merchandise.
- You are advised to wrap the product carefully and you are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier.
- We will cover the return shipping costs if the product is proven to be defective, damaged or if the return is a result of our error.
Customized items return and refund policy
- Before paying for your order please check that every small detail relating to your customized item is correct. Please check and double check that you have selected the correct options including text, logo, size and color etc.
- Shortly after completing your customized item order you will receive a confirmation e-mail which clearly states each of your chosen options. Please check this over carefully and if you feel that a mistake has been made and wish to cancel or amend your order then please send an urgent email to using the "Customer Service" form (main menu above)
- Should you choose to cancel or amend your customized item order at this stage than you are entiteld for a full refund (less PayPal or credit card company fees)
- To allow amendments or cancellations at this stage, you have a period of 12 hours from receipt of new orders before processing the details and submitting the order to the implementation team.
- Unfortunately, once your order has reached the implementation team it will be too late to cancel or amend your order and there is no guarantee that such claims made after this period will be upheld.
- If you choose to cancel/amend your order prior to shipping the item you may be entitled for a refund of the shipping fees.
- Once a customized item has been shippid no refund will be available.
